WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Door to Door Delivery
In-store pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping across most of our products but some products may not be eligible for free shipping due to thier volumetric weight class and for products that does not qualify for free shipping a separate invoice will be sent to you via email as our system does not calculate shipping rates at checkout.
Free shipping is not available for some locations please contact dispatch@steelerz.co.za for more information.
Steelerz reserves the right to offer or not offer free shipping depending on the Items purchased and free shipping is only applicable to purchases completed and paid for on the website.

Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates: If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for dellvery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 10am
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday- Friday.
